Best place to go for Quality Management training & Internal Auditor training. I have personally attended both training sessions and found them extremely beneficial and enjoyable. Lecturers very understanding and knowledgeable.
Attending a training course before starting the certification process helps you get to grips with what is required of you as well as giving you the opportunity to discuss your ideas with peers and a trained assessor.

The exercises were very helpful and the materials provided were excellent. The small group was an ideal size. All members of staff were friendly and attentive and the trainer was welcoming and knowledgeable.
The trainer was very knowledgeable and friendly and the small group size worked well. Having both the theory and then the practical application of the theory was a real help, some training courses can be a bit “stale” but this helped to bring the training into a realistic setting.
