Management systems need to be regularly checked, or audited, to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose.

This module introduces the concept of internal auditing and talks you through the purpose of internal audits, so you understand why they are so important. It also will give you the skills you need to prepare for audits properly so you make the most out of your time.

Of course, auditing colleagues can be difficult for the first time so we’ll explain how to approach your audits so your colleagues don’t take offence.

If you’re looking to boost your confidence before auditing your systems against an ISO management standard, this module is a great starting point. However, if you’re looking for a more general introduction to auditing an ISO 9001 system we would recommend that you take our ISO 9001 Internal Audit and Management Review Meeting module which provides a less detailed overview for just £49 ex VAT.
