Leadership forms one of the seven quality management principles that make up ISO 9001.  Without ongoing management support, your Quality Management System (QMS) will likely run into problems.

Leadership must demonstrate their commitment to ISO 9001 and customer focus, particularly by fully understanding and monitoring customer requirements and satisfaction.

What can this module help you achieve?

Leadership and Performance Measures provides an overview of the importance of leadership in relation to ISO 9001.  By the end of the module you will have:

  • An understanding of leadership in the context of ISO 9001.
  • Identified leadership ‘quality’ good practice
  • Considered how to establish, analyse and review meaningful performance measures
  • Shared examples of good practice
