  • Getting the story right – win themes and storyboarding
  • Structure – ensuring compliance and adding value
  • Benefit before the feature – getting the right message across at the right time

Recent Feedback

The trainer was extremely helpful and provided excellent information to further our knowledge of what is required for completing this accreditation.

Information Security Management, Samantha Fox – Perinatal Institute (2016)

The trainer was very knowledgeable and friendly and the small group size worked well. Having both the theory and then the practical application of the theory was a real help, some training courses can be a bit “stale” but this helped to bring the training into a realistic setting.

Internal Auditor, Jess Ackroyd – Global Displays Ltd (2016)

The exercises were very helpful and the materials provided were excellent. The small group was an ideal size. All members of staff were friendly and attentive and the trainer was welcoming and knowledgeable.
