We’ve Received The Prestigious Princess Royal Training Award
We’re thrilled that our commitment to training and skills excellence has been recognised by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal.
We are one of just 48 organisations to be honoured with a Princess Royal Training Award in 2018 for creating lasting impact by successfully linking our skills development needs to organisational performance. Recipients were drawn from across the public and private sector, and from a broad range of areas including hospitality, healthcare, finance and manufacturing.
Why We Were Recognised
Our internal training programme blends different training techniques including individual training, learning and development plans, competency matrices and peer-to-peer learning in order to develop our employees.
Each of our employees has their own designated training budget so they can choose the training that will help them meet our customers’ needs most effectively. As a result, we have seen a 6% increase in customer satisfaction and a 14% increase in employee retention.
